3 September 1946 on the basis of drawing up the agreements by the companies: Przedsiębiorstwo Portowe i Polska Bandera – sea freight – spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością.
At the General Meeting of Shareholders of Baltona Sp. z o.o., which took place on 29 December 1949, it was decided to sell the entire company Baltona Sp. z o.o. at a symbolic PLN for the state-owned company Baltona – Supply of ships.
On 1 January 1951, the state company, Baltona – Supply of ships, was subordinated to the Ministry of Foreign Trade.
The registered office of the company was then in: Gdynia – Harbour. French Quay.
The main subject of the activity was the supply of ships in Polish and foreign harbours with food, industrial, hotel-economic and technical products of both domestic and imported manufacturers.

09.03.1946 – Establishment of Baltona.

29.12.1949 – selling the entire company Baltona Sp. z o.o. at a symbolic PLN to a state-owned company Baltona – Supply of ships.

01.01.1951 – subordination of the state company Baltona – Supply of ships to the Minister of Foreign Trade.
