Dr Artur Bartoszewicz graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk and the Faculty of Management and Economics of the Gdańsk University of Technology, assistant professor at the Warsaw School of Economics.
An expert in the field of both economic and financial analysis, public finances, public aid, project management, and European funds. An author of over 80 expert opinions and strategies for the benefit of central and self-government administration, including Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Sport and Tourism, Polish Agency for Enterprise Development. He has drafted the assumptions for two acts and the full texts of these acts.
A member of working teams at the ministries involved in the process of implementing European funds between 2004-2006 and preparing actions to be undertaken for 2007-2013, as well as 2014-2020. A member of Monitoring Committees for programmes between 2004-2006 and 2007-2013.
He served as a social advisor to the Health Ministers – between 2006-2007 to prof. Zbigniew Religia, and in 2015 to prof. Marian Zembala.
Between 2015-2018 he held a position of a member of the Supervisory Board and the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Spółka Skarbu Państwa Węglokoks S.A. In 2018, he was a member of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee of Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. in Warsaw.
He has managed commercial law entities and projects financed from EU funds. In 2016, he conducted a strategic programme for the company Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. In years 2009-2018 he was the President of the National Board of the Polish Association of EU Funds Experts and Assessors. He was also an expert on EU funds Lewiatan – Polish Confederation of Private Employers.
He runs his own business activity in the area of public administration consulting and training.
An author of numerous scientific publications within the country and abroad. A lecturer at, inter alia, the Warsaw School of Economics and the National School of Public Administration named after President Lech Kaczyński.
As per the statement made, dr Artur Bartoszewicz neither does conduct any competitive activity against the Company, nor does he participate in a competitive company as, either, a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership, a member of the body of a capital company, nor at another competitive legal person as a member of its body. He is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act. He is an independent member of the Supervisory Board.
