Karolina Szuba is a member of the Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Handlu Zagranicznego „Baltona” S.A. since November 2015
At the same time, she is the Chief Operating Officer for Poland and Europe. Karolina Szuba also performs managerial functions in most of the subsidiaries.
Karolina Szuba is associated with Przedsiębiorstwo Handlu Zagranicznego „Baltona” S.A. since 2011. Her career path in the Company began with the role of Regional Manager. Then she was promoted to the position of the Operations Manager, and since 2014 she has been the Operations Director responsible for the operational management of stores in Poland and Europe. As a Management Board Member, she is also responsible for the areas related to marketing, a part of the business responsible for food and coffee stores and human resources management.
Karolina Szuba started her career in 1997 at Jean Louis David Poland Sp. z o. o., and then in 2004 she transferred to the company Profac Sp. z o. o. for a managerial position. In years 2008-2009 she was a Sales Manager in the Royal Collection, from where in 2009 she joined the Sephora Polska Sp. z o.o., where she managed one their stores until 2011.
Karolina Szuba graduated and obtained a master’s degree from the University of Insurance and Banking in Warsaw (currently the Vistula Academy of Finance and Business). In 2004, she completed post-graduate studies with doctoral seminars in the field of Methodology of Economic Sciences conducted by the Finance Institute at the University of Insurance and Banking in Warsaw. In 2011, she obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) diploma from the Polish Academy of Sciences.
