A graduate of Finances and Banking majors at the Warsaw School of Economics and the Polish-German Academic Forum at the Warsaw School of Economics. As a scholarship holder of the German Academic Exchange Centre (DAAD), he studied accounting at the Humboldt University in Berlin.An expert of 17 years of experience in the field of auditing, reporting, and accounting.

In 2008 Krzysztof Maksymik was awarded the rights of a statutory auditor. He was a delegate to the National Assembly of Statutory Auditors twice. Between 2015-2019, he participated in the works conducted by the commission for providing opinions on legal acts at the Warsaw branch office of the Polish Chamber of Statutory Auditors.

Since 2005, he has been working in the auditing company BDO Polska, and since 2011, he has been a Partner at the Financial Review Department. His specialities revolve around comprehensive service of audit-related projects of service companies, among others, from the following sectors: construction, development, new technologies, and commercial. He is experienced in the field of auditing financial statements of entities listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Previously associated with Fidis Leasing Polska Sp. z o.o. (formerly Fiat Finance Polska S.A.).

He conducts training courses in accounting, reporting, auditing, internal control, and corporate governance. An author of numerous expert articles on accounting and financial review.

As per the statement made, Krzysztof Maksymik neither does conduct any competitive activity against the Company, nor does he participate in a competitive company as, either, a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership, a member of the body of a capital company, nor at another competitive legal person as a member of its body. He is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act. He is an independent member of the Supervisory Board.
