Mr. Michał Kacprzak became a Member of the Management Board of Foreign Trade Baltona S.A. in November 2015. Simultaneously, he is Chief Accountant of the company. Mr. Michał Kacprzak holds also management functions in most of subsidiaries.

In 2004-2009, was associated with Bumar Armaments Group (now Polish Defense Holding). In its subsidiaries, he held series and leadership positions in the accounting and control departments. In 2007-2009, he was Chief Accountant. Since 2010, he has been associated with Baltona Group, where he is Chief Accountant of the Company and coordinates financial processes at Baltona Group level under the Joint Services Centre. Mr. Michał Kacprzak graduated from Leon Koźmiński University in Warsaw in 2003, where he obtained a Master’s degree in Management and Marketing in Finance and Accounting. In 2007, he completed postgraduate studies for financial controllers, also at Koźmiński University. In 2010, he graduated from the International MBA Programme at the Management Training Centre at the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. Mr. Michał Kacprzak is a certified accountant in the field of bookkeeping services.
