Przemysław Nagórski’s academic background includes a doctorate at the Catholic University of Lublin and a postgraduate in the field of “Financial Analysis in Business Management” at the University of Szczecin. A certified specialist in the area of controlling.
He has many years of experience as a manager in the industry in which the Company operates. Between 2000 and 2004, he was the President of Doker-Port sp. z o.o., a company which operations include port services. From 2005 to 2009, he was Chief of the Free Zone of the Szczecin and Swinoujscie Seaports Authority SA. In 2016, he took over as President of the Management Board of INFRA-PORT Sp. z o.o., a company operating in the scope of construction, electrical grids, water-sewage networks, and telecommunication networks.
Przemysław Nagórski was a member of supervisory boards of such companies as Stocznia Szczecińska Sp. z o.o., Zakład Unieszkodliwiania Odpadów sp. z o.o. (EcoGenerator), Port-Żegluga Szczecińska Sp. z o.o.
Between 2005 and 2008, he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Szczecińskie Przedsiębiorstwo Autobusowe „Klonowica” Sp. z o.o., and in 2007, he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the “Concept” Company operating with the Zakłady Chemiczne “Police” S.A. He was also a Member of the Social Council with the Portowy Samodzielny Publiczny Zakład Opieki Zdrowotnej w Szczecinie.
He has extensive knowledge and skills in areas such as finance and accounting, financial statement auditing, as well as customs law and quality management.
As per his statement, Przemysław Nagórski does not conduct any competitive activity against the Company, nor does he participate in a competitive company as, either, a partner in a civil law partnership, a partnership, a member of the body of a capital company, nor with any other competitive legal person as a member of its body. He is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Polish National Court Register Act. He is an independent member of the Supervisory Board.
